Brittany Mullins · Southwestern Virginia
Brittany Mullins didn't choose music — music chose her. Growing up in Georgia, Sundays meant gathering under a big oak tree in Greenville with the whole family — grandmother on bass, grandfather on guitar and vocals, her dad picking alongside them. It was there, as a young girl singing Seminole Wind with her father, that something took root and never let go.
At eight years old she got her hands on her dad's Conn guitar. He showed her a few chords and that was it — every day after school, locked in her bedroom playing until bedtime. Thirty years later she hasn't stopped. She's been performing since she was eight, and every one of those years shows in the way she commands a stage.
Today Brittany fronts a full band out of Southwestern Virginia — raising five kids, working a farm, and playing shows that people talk about for weeks. Her sound is country and rock with a lot of heart and attitude, drawing from the outlaw tradition of Waylon Jennings and the Turnpike Troubadours but filtered through a voice that Alison Krauss and Patty Loveless fans will recognize immediately. She's opened for Chris Knight, Shooter Jennings, Dylan Scott, and played a show alongside Tyler Childers. She's played Hard Rock Cafe, Bristol Motor Speedway, and Hillbilly Days.
She writes her own songs — real ones, carved from real life — and every crowd favorite she plays gets the room singing along. This is country music with roots deep enough to hold.

Brittany Mullins didn't find music — she was born into it. Growing up in Greenville, Georgia, Sundays meant gathering under a big oak tree with her whole family: grandmother on bass, grandfather on guitar and vocals, her dad picking alongside them. As a young girl she'd sit there singing Seminole Wind with her father, not knowing she was building the foundation of everything that came next. At eight years old she got her hands on her dad's Conn guitar. He showed her a few chords, and that was the end of that — every day after school, locked in her bedroom until bedtime.
Thirty years later, Brittany fronts a full band out of Southwestern Virginia. She raises five kids, works a farm, and plays shows that people talk about for weeks. Her sound is country and rock with a lot of heart and attitude — rooted in the outlaw tradition of Waylon Jennings and the Turnpike Troubadours, with a voice that draws comparisons to Stevie Nicks, Alison Krauss, and Patty Loveless. She writes her own songs, songs people close their eyes to and say I've been there.
She's shared stages with Shooter Jennings, Tyler Childers, Dylan Scott, Chris Knight, and The Dead South. She's played Hard Rock Cafe, Bristol Motor Speedway, Hillbilly Days, Rhythm & Roots, and MoonRunners in Chicago. Brittany Mullins is self-managed, self-booked, and built different.
